Alright. The fact you said "You'd better turn down your volume" means you know EXACTLY what you just did, lol

First rule of picking sound effects from a library. If you're gonna have to hear that sound effect 1000 times, it'd better sound good on the 1000th time. Definitely a case of having chosen a sound effect that would have been fine once or twice when you needed one that could be played infinitely

It's awesome to see you got a game going with just java! That takes some programming prowess. Mechanically it's a bit barebones, but I'm guessing you spent most of the time getting the underlying code going. You've probably already guessed why after this experience, but game engines are highly recommended for when you're on a time limit so you can focus on the game, not on the physics for the game. Check out Godot if you are someone who wants to own all the code and doesn't like proprietary engines.

The warbly Funiculi, Funicula gave me a chuckle. I didn't quite understand why the robots started slamming into me like an automated car with a terminator complex after I defeated them, but I'm also not certain if they were robots, so it's confusion all round for the setting.

Keep up the good work! I'm curious where your skills will lead
